Booking

To make a booking with Sugar NLP follow our simple 1-2-3 step system :

  1. Decide on the course and dates for you - please call or email if you would like to talk through what is covered on each course and decide which programme is right for you
  2. Download and complete the booking form
  3. Return to us with your course payment or pay online to secure your place.
    If your organisation is paying and you would like an invoice, tick the box on the booking form and we will send one. We will confirm your booking and send you detailed joining instructions approximately three weeks before the course commences
    • If you are claiming a Recommend a Friend Discount be sure to include the voucher with your booking form (download one here). If you are paying online, include all the voucher details in the "special instructions" box when you make your payment.

Online Course Payments

By completing your booking online, you agree to the following terms and conditions
  1. Completion of this booking reserves a place on the course subject to availability.
  2. You confirm that you are medically and psychologically fit to take part in the training and are not undergoing treatment for any psychiatric illness. If you are in any way unsure about your suitability for this course please consult your GP or a Doctor.
  3. NLP and Hypnosis can have far reaching benefits and they have helped an enormous variety of people. Please remember that this course is not a substitute for medical advice and diagnosis.
  4. For certification, you are required to cover the training content on each day of the training
  5. In the unlikely event of someone being unable to attend a course the following conditions apply;
    • More than 1 month before course start date full refund less £200.
    •  Less than 1 month before course start date no refund although the place may be transferred to a future course free of charge. Only one transfer of place per booking.
  6. Should you miss a day of training (e.g. sickness) there may be a chance to cover that days content through 1:1 coaching or at a future Sugar Training, subject to availability. There may be an additional charge for this support.

  7. Sugar NLP reserve the right to amend or cancel any course, and will endeavour to give adequate notice. In such circumstance, a full refund of the course fee will be given in the event of cancellation.

    Online booking is only available for standard booking fees at the moment. For invoiced or staged payments please complete the booking form and send us a cheque (to SUGAR NLP) for the appropriate amount.

the small print. each course has a minimum (and a maximum) number of participants in order to run... book early to avoid disappointment. In the rare event we have to cancel a planned course we will transfer your booking to a new course or give you a full refund - whatever suits you best. Very rarely we might have to move the course dates - we will only do this with your agreement when you have paid.
