How is the training delivered?

The Sugar NLP for Managers, Leaders and Coaches is a comprehensive training solution to enhance flexibility, responsiveness and focus to help people achieve their visions and attain excellence in the business world.

The training is delivered in 2-modules each 5 ½ days. Recognising the course can be an intensive experience, each module includes an optional afternoon - an opportunity for you to catch up with work, immerse yourself in NLP with our personal change session or simply take some time to enjoy the beautiful Lake District. Modules are scheduled with one month in between to allow consolidation of skills and application of learning.

What Certification will I receive?

Upon successful completion of the course and the certification criteria you will receive a ‘Practitioner of NLP’ Certification from the Association of NLP (ANLP)

What are the certification criteria?

In order to be Certified as a Practitioner of NLP the following must be completed: Attendance at each day of training, completion of the Integration paper, demonstration of behaviourial integration of NLP skills through applying NLP in an ethical and ecological manner.
